BEDE BD-5J EDF
ALL BALSA & PLYWOOD CONSTRUCTION
COVERED WITH ORACOVER
Made famous by the James Bond film Octopussy the BD-5J is one of the smallest jet aircraft in the world. Supplied as a kit it had impressive performance (300mph!) and there are 150 estimated still flying today. Faithfully re-created by Black Horse this BD-5J is constructed from balsa and ply using clever CNC design to an amazingly accurate level and makes no compromise to ease of production. Retracts need to be purchased separately but oleos are supplied.
The BD-5J is designed to suit 90mm electric ducted fan units and 6S battery setups.
